Amy Grimail, CPA is a Finance, Accounting and Compliance Senior on the BIP Ventures Investment FAC (Finance, Accounting, and Compliance) team. She applies experience in Accounting and Assurance to help assure RIA compliance and registered SEC product compliance requirements. She also assists with SOX controls processes, policy documentation, and internal controls testing. In addition, Amy supports the FAC team with portfolio valuation, shareholder and internal financial reporting, and SEC product operations and reporting.
She came to BIP Ventures in 2024 from the PricewaterhouseCoopers Assurance Practice, where she supported clients in the 'Private Company Services' sector.
Amy holds a Master of Accountancy and a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Auburn University.
