Jacki Hertenstein joined the BIP Ventures Performance Engineering team in 2023 to lead vital talent support offerings for the firm's portfolio companies. Jacki is a seasoned Chief People Officer with significant experience with private equity and venture-backed software companies executing hyper-growth and scaling strategies. In addition to leading the People functions at notable companies such as AirWatch, Pindrop, and Tricentis, she has also spent several years in HR Leadership roles at publicly traded companies, including VMWare and Manhattan Associates.
She earned an M.S. in Human Resource Development at Georgia State University and a B.S. from the State University of New York, Oswego.
Outside of the office, Jacki volunteers with several animal rescue organizations, and enjoys traveling and watching NFL football.
