Meriah Grove joined BIP Ventures in 2023 as the Marketing Manager and became Senior Marketing Manager in 2024. She is a marketing and digital media expert with relevant experience, including working in a startup, leading B2B marketing, and crafting graphic design. She leverages her background to connect the firm with influential audiences online and via events, supporting the brand's growth and deepening relationships with founders and investors.

Before joining BIP Ventures, she was the Marketing Manager at Offbeat Media Group. She helped the early-stage company grow from the co-founding team to 41 full-time employees. Her experience also includes serving as a Student Services Coordinator, enabling student entrepreneurs at the University of Georgia Entrepreneurship Department, and working as a contract graphic designer.

Meriah earned a B.A. with Honors in Advertising and a certificate in Entrepreneurship from the University of Georgia. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, live music, a good book, cooking a new recipe, and attending dance classes around the Atlanta area.
