Technology

Neil Amin leads BIP Capital's engineering and data science teams, overseeing the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered internal platforms that support the firm's capital allocators. His team builds LLM-based workflows, agent-orchestration systems, and decision-support tools that help investment professionals work faster and with greater precision.

Neil has spent six years at BIP Capital, growing from senior engineer to VP while building and scaling cross-functional teams across full-stack web, mobile, AI/ML, and data engineering. He is focused on moving enterprise AI from prototype to production, building internal platforms that drive real adoption, and shaping the organizational strategies that make AI transformation stick.

Before joining BIP in 2020, Neil held engineering roles at Gather, TSYS, and SunTrust, where he built software platforms in financial services and gained experience managing distributed teams. He is currently completing the Chief AI Officer program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Georgia State University.

Outside of work, Neil enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, traveling, gaming, and cheering on Atlanta sports teams.
